Refund policy

Returns, Defective Items, Cancellations:
Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for customer convenience. We take every precaution with our products. However, in the unlikely event of damage or incorrect shipment, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of arrival. Requests for returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period. (Please refrain from returning products after using any part of them.) For returns, please send the item collect on delivery.
